We have a pragmatic approach to search. Our 7 step process is rigorous and transparent:-
1 – Understanding
- Agreement on Assignment Status and level of commitment, ie Contingent or Exclusive - Exchange of information (can include factory visit) - Agree timetable - Agree reporting and communication processes
2 – Planning
- Identify target companies - Identify target individuals - Geography factors - Create Search Plan - Advertising campaign (if appropriate)
3 – Search
- Activate Search Plan (discreet approaches) – Network - Manage advertising campaign and response handling (if used) - Qualify candidates (reference check where possible and verify credentials) – Regular status updates provided
4 – Candidate Introduction
- Present Shortlist - Client Formal Interviews and Assessment (psychometrics can be provided) – Close Candidate contact maintained – Search activity will continue
5 – Offer and Resignation
- Offer extended - Resignation and Counter-offer - Notice period transition (close contact maintained with Candidate) - Date of Start
6 – Assignment Review
- Assignment performance review and Client feedback on Timescales, Communication, Candidate suitability and overall delivery standards and effectiveness.
7 – Candidate Review
- Date of start - 3 months - 1 year thereafter
